Known Bugs

Critical

Dice

All dice bugs are probably fixed. Some posts need edit/saving to reformat (See Michaels post in Criticals thread). If you are still experiencing any dice issues, even if you have previously reported them please repost with a detailed description AND a link.

Quickies

  • File upload don't work on PNG, DOC and possibly others.
  • The code which presents users with private thread creation/edit options seems to be missing/turned off.
  • Shoutbox is locked up/broken.
  • Many people have Forumhome bookmarked, it needs to rewrite to the new forum page. The result is that people think the site is still down as that is the message on that URL.
  • Game Portal search function lacks a "GO" button. Some dropdowns have no content/options.

Sheet/Game Related

  • XML upload does not work.
  • Setting Game to private remove GMs right to view it.
  • Game Portal:Search Tool: search returns DB error if system set to "Homebrew" and other fields left at default.
  • Game reader status has changed for many people and cannot be re-applied.
    • It seems that the status exists, but does not display correctly. Therefore, when attempts to add the memeber back to reader status it fails as they already have it.
  • Allowed materials section in games profile is generating errors when entries added.
    • This feature has been disabled pending a fix

Forums/Posts/BBCodes Related

  • OOC tags no longer have any form of visual indicator making them irrelevant.
  • Private Threads are not viewable
  • statblocks, when in game, are displaying wrongly/for the wrong player/wrong game... not sure..need much more info.
    • The fix for this is to edit/save the post with the statblock
  • Spoiler tag generation, spoilers either don't open or open with the wrong contents (content from another spoiler). http://www.myth-weavers.com/showpost.php?p=1782616&postcount=49

Bugs

  • The "send to" section of controls on the PM page is missing.
    • Workaround is to use "list Members" and send it from their Avatar
  • Thumnails for attacments, when clicked open a blank screen.
    • Workaround is to use "open in Tabs", it works fine then.
  • There appears to be full public access to undelete/edit visitor messages. Details here http://www.myth-weavers.com/showpost.php?p=1781480&postcount=24
  • Right now only one table per post works.
  • Cannot upload avatars / link avatars to URLs
  • Color dropdown box in advanced editor not available/working
  • Game start date is wrong
  • Breadcrumb in a game forum leads to http://www.myth-weavers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=4316, which redirects to browsegames.php, which no longer exists.
  • "Shown in Dropdown" folder should not exist/be visible/selectable.
  • Cannot download sheets you do not own.
  • Personal Sticky/Anchor returns a database error when clicking the option to set one.

Outstanding Development

  • Post titls missing in threads
  • Dice Roller on GM screen needs adding.
    • Awaiting discussions about extensions to the dice audit trail

Minor

  • RSS feeds
  • The "<< First" and "Last >>" nav buttons at the bottom of the thread view page don't work @ 30 posts per page
    • Actually, they do work, just that you need to have more pages than the links can show. Thus, you need more than about 4-5 pages.
      • So this buig should say that the arrows show up when there are less than 4 posts thus making them misleading/confusing (therefore I recategorized it).
  • The "back to Myth-Weavers link in the wiki leads to the test site
  • LIST BBCODE does not produce a bullet list, the enumerating version work, not the basic.
  • Timestamps for Posts done today show: ", 12:44pm " they should be in the old style: "12:44pm"
  • In a User's Profile the bar with options to "Send Message & User Notes" is formatted to be Brown on Brown making it difficult to see the text at all. It's red on red, you're all colorblind.
  • The Subforum lists look slightly messed up when you are currently on a forum page. (Ex: In the Advertistment Thread - The Game Planning link & Most Recent Thread get chopped weird). Also the background for how many posts have been placed in the subforum gets chopped short.
  • There is a problem with the "Remember Me" ticbox not persisting across browser startups (reported by Illiander).
  • 'box parses HTML, including images.
