First Contact/Creating A Character/Skills Index


Each skill is broken down to five levels, with each level improving on the one before it. Level one characters will receive two point to put into skills, and one point is rewarded at every five level intervals.

Flying: 1. Wear flight armor. 2. Fly Cessna's and Civilian Helicopters, 3. Fly Jets and Attack Helicopters 4. Fly New Technology Craft 5. Fly Alien Craft


First Aid:1. Add +2 to healing. 2. Add +5 to healing 3. +8 to healing 4. +12 to Healing 5. +15 to Healing


Martial Arts: 1. +2 Melee Damage 2. +5 Melee Damage 3. +8 Melee Damage 4. +12 Melee Damage 5. +15 Melee Damage, +5 Strength


Pistol Expert: 1. +2 Shooting while using pistol 2. +5 Shooting 3. +8 Shooting 4. +12 Shooting 5. +15 Shooting with Pistol, +5 Pistol Damage


Rifle Expert: 1. +2 Shooting while using rifles 2. +5 Shooting 3. +8 Shooting 4. +12 Shooting 5. +15 Shooting with Rifles, +5 Rifle Damage


Heavy Weapon Expert: 1. +2 Shooting while using heavy weaponry 2. +5 Shooting 3. +8 Shooting 4. +12 Shooting 5. +15 Shooting with heavy weaponry, +5 heavy weapon Damage


Electronics: 1. Common knowledge of electronics, can use motion sensor 2. Good knowledge of electronics, can use Stun Gun 3. Expert at Electronics, can use Signal Device (Intercepts Alien signals) 4. Master of Electronics, can hack into Alien systems and doors 5. Elite of Electronics, can perform any electronic function with no action points used


Athletic: 1. Above Normal Climber, swimmer, runner. +2 to AP. 2. Good Climber, swimmer, runner +5 to AP 3. Great Climber, swimmer, runner +8 to AP 4. Olympiad +12 to AP 5. Superhuman like feats +15 AP


Manufacturer: 1. Can use work bench to create low level human gear 2. Can use work bench to create medium human gear, low alien gear +2 Craftsmanship(CRF) 3. can use work bench to create High level Human gear, Medium Alien gear +3CRF 4. Does not need work bench to create any level Human gear, can use work bench to create High Level Alien gear.+4 CRF 5. Can create any gear without using a bench, +5 to Craftsman


Researcher: 1. Can use lab to research basic human tech. 2. Can use lab to research advanced human tech. Can use lab to research basic alien tech.+2 INT 3. Can use lab to research most advanced human tech, can Use lab to research Advanced Alien tech.+3 INT 4. Can research any human tech without bench, can research most advanced alien tech. +4 Intelligence. 5. Can research any tech without lab bench, +5 Int


Armorer: Ability to improve current armor. 1. +2 Armor rating. 2. +5. 3. +8 4. +12 5. +15; Weight of Armor -20


Mindbender: 1. +2 Psi 2. +5 Psi 3. +8 to Psi 4. +12 to Psi 5. +15 to Psi power. Can not be mind attacked by any other character. Do not need mind probe to probe others.


Throwing Expert: 1. +2 Throwing 2. +5 Throwing 3. +8 Throwing, -1 Throwing AP. 4. +12 Throwing , -2 Throwing AP. 5. +15 Throwing , no AP used when throwing items


Thinker: 1. +2 Intelligence 2. +5 INT 3. +8 Intelligence 4. +12 INT 5. +15 Int


Builder: Same as above with add on to Craftsmanship
