World:Rysylis/Magic

Magic is a rare and dangerous force in the World of Rysylis--the origins of which are still relatively unknown. A magic weapon can stem the tide of battle in its wielder's favor, or betray him to his death. There are some minor magical trinkets that exist, though they are still rare and priceless. The other form of magic, exists in the world itself. Terrible and sudden thunderstorms that halt an invading force, an individual given a sudden bout of unexplainable good luck, or a strange lake that offers health to all who drink from it, are all examples of the subtle magic found in Rysylis.
