Time Isn't on My Side
The City will be jointly created by the players and I through the application process. All Applicants are asked to submit 3 Threats or Themes (a mix is preferable), and that is how we will decide the accepted players. This world will be part of the on-going world that I created and ran for my first game, Depths of the Coast, where a Major Court was set up. It will not be linked to the old game by having the same characters in it, but will instead share a world.
Starting characters will be 9 Refresh.
