start at level 10, but can only take the first 10 levels of a base class. so 10 levels of strong hero. and im gonna say only 1 player per class type, so you cant all be fast heros.
dont worry about gear. i will take care of that. its not gonna use the wealth system. but do everything else normally, we will work it out.
I like the trade goods system for the setting, caps arnt actually valuable so they wouldnt be used for real currency. but if anyone wants to make rules for the stuff from fallout like chems or other stuff, go ahead and i will check them out. i will take care of any mininukes tho

i dont want you getting killed too early, and the usual two flaws
im tempted to use alot from fallout, like the same names for stuff and creatures, just dont worry about the storylines from the game.
gonna make survival a class skill for everyone, and +2 if its already in your list
