Faerūn is beset on all sides by those who would kill or enslave the free peoples of the Realms. In every city, cabals of dark wizards or the followers of evil gods carry out their plans, setting out to corrupt governments or turn citizens into their servants, willing or unwilling, to expand their own power and influence. It is time for a band of heroes to rise up and fight to ensure that the free citizens of Faerūn will remain free.
