The Underdogs
People have believed that superheroes are only existent in works of fiction for many years, but that is not entirely true. It is the early 21st century and people with extraordinary beings are beginning to surface, and you are among them.
Setting: The setting for the game will be Chicago and the surrounding suburbs in the current day.
Your Character: Your power can come from any source (meaning magical, self-manifested etc.) but the origin will be unknown. I will take a few exceptions if you want to play an alien a la Martian Manhunter or Superman or a character without actual super powers but rather gadgets a la Iron Man or Batman or something else of that nature. You start out with PL 6, PP90.
The Plot: The only major plot arc will be your characters dealing with the powers they've obtained which will be supplemented by many small plot arcs.
