Titan Warlock

Level 3

DarkvisionTitans can see in the dark up to 60 feet.

Darkvision is black and white only (colors cannot be discerned). It does not allow characters to see anything that they could not see otherwise—invisible objects are still invisible, and illusions are still visible as what they seem to be. Likewise, darkvision subjects a creature to gaze attacks normally. The presence of light does not spoil darkvision.
All-Seeing EyesInvocation
Least; 2nd

You gain a supernaturally precise vision of the world around you. You gain the benefits of comprehend languages, albeit for written words only. Additionally, you gain a +6 bonus on Search and Spot checks. All-seeing eyes lasts for 24 hours.
Spell ResistanceTitans have spell resistance equal to their HD + 12.

Spell resistance is the extraordinary ability to avoid being affected by spells. (Some spells also grant spell resistance.)

To affect a creature that has spell resistance, a spellcaster must make a caster level check (1d20 + caster level) at least equal to the creature’s spell resistance. (The defender’s spell resistance is like an Armor Class against magical attacks.) If the caster fails the check, the spell doesn’t affect the creature. The possessor does not have to do anything special to use spell resistance. The creature need not even be aware of the threat for its spell resistance to operate.

Only spells and spell-like abilities are subject to spell resistance. Extraordinary and supernatural abilities (including enhancement bonuses on magic weapons) are not. A creature can have some abilities that are subject to spell resistance and some that are not. Even some spells ignore spell resistance; see When Spell Resistance Applies, below.

A creature can voluntarily lower its spell resistance. Doing so is a standard action that does not provoke an attack of opportunity. Once a creature lowers its resistance, it remains down until the creature’s next turn. At the beginning of the creature’s next turn, the creature’s spell resistance automatically returns unless the creature intentionally keeps it down (also a standard action that does not provoke an attack of opportunity).

A creature’s spell resistance never interferes with its own spells, items, or abilities.

A creature with spell resistance cannot impart this power to others by touching them or standing in their midst. Only the rarest of creatures and a few magic items have the ability to bestow spell resistance upon another.

Spell resistance does not stack. It overlaps.
Change ShapeA titan can assume the form of any Small or Medium humanoid. The titan retains its oversized weapon special attack regardless of form.

This is a supernatural ability.
Oversized WeaponA titan wields a Two-handed Great Warhammer one size category larger than itself without penalty. Weapon BoundFlaw (Dragon #326)

Prerequisite: Devotion to a specific deity (Asteria).

Effect: You lose proficiency with all weapons except the favored weapon of your deity (Warhammer).

Not that. The racial ability to wield oversized weapons at 1st.

Oversized Weapon (Ex)

A titan wields a great, two-handed warhammer (big enough for Gargantuan creatures) without penalty.

Should it scale to 1 size larger than your current size.

Oh, I see what you're saying. Yes, I took Oversized Weapon to mean the Titan can wield a weapon one size category larger than its current size category. I'll make sure to clarify that. Thanks!

I am fine with limiting the weapon size bonus. However, I think it would be thematically appropriate to continue to limit the ability to just Warhammers. The ability mostly just brings a bludgeoning weapon on par with that of a Greatsword. And I believe opening it up to any weapon kind of just ruins the spirit of the ability and would just incentivize others to grab an enlarged Greatsword or other similar weapon.

Like Monkey Grip but without the -2.

It makes sense for it to scale with character size; but the weapon won't get larger on its own (but there's an enchantment for that!)

I think the feat/power should be limited to a particular weapon (like EWP), so it would effectively read:

Oversized Weapon (Two-handed Great Warhammer)

A titan wields a Two-handed Great Warhammer one size category larger than itself without penalty.

I agree with your proposed description of the ability.

I hadn't considered the Sizing enchantment before now, although it does seem a little pricey. It would probably only be relevant if I were making use of the Change Shape ability.

The Marketplace also allows for buying/selling at full market value, so replacing the weapon for a larger one shouldn't be too much issue (with the exception of cost difference). I suppose adding a Sizing enchantment would mean that I could have the weapon crafted at the regular size.

There is a feat called Large and in ChargePrerequisite
Natural reach of 10 feet or more, size Large or larger

Benefit
When you make a successful attack of opportunity against an opponent that is moving inside your threatened area, you can force the opponent back to the 5-foot space it was in before it provoked the attack of opportunity. After you hit with your attack of opportunity, make an opposed Strength check against your opponent. You gain a +4 bonus for each size category larger than your opponent you are, and an additional +1 bonus for every 5 points of damage you dealt with your attack of opportunity. If you win the opposed check, your opponent is pushed back 5 feet into the space it just left. An opponent you push cannot move any farther in this round.
from Draconomicon. Would this be an allowed feat?

The Sizing property is only any use if you change size in each direction rather than just grow with progression.
