No on max hp at 1st.

Encumbrance / Movement is cake. You add all the coin weight you are carrying and compare it to the top 4 lines of the table. I just cleaned it up a bit so it is the top four lines.

Load in Gold Pieces Equal to Light Foot Movement (12") - 750
Load in Gold Pieces Equal to Heavy Foot Movement (9") - 1,000
Load in Gold Pieces Equal to Armored. Foot Movement (6") - 1,500
Maximum Load/Person at half normal movement - 3,000

750 and under moves at 12" etc.

1,500 to 3,000 coins moves at 3" and over 3,000 can't move at all.

All you count is armor, weapons and treasure. Everything else all together is 80 coins.

so if I have done this right My total CN is 1,250 my strength gives me +350 weight allowance do I subtract the 350 from my total CN to get what my actual Cn is for movement?

It probably makes more sense to add your strength mod to the weight encumbrance max's for each level but the math should work either way if you just want subtract it from your total.

well if I subtract my weight allowance from my total equals 900 so that would put me between light and heavy so I take the light movement?

I am sorry this part of the game always fries my brain.

750 or lower is Light 12"

1000 to 751 is Heavy 9"

1500 to 1001 is Armored 6"

3000 to 1501 is Encumbered 3"

3001+ No movement

So with 900cns you would be at Heavy 9". If you get 101 coins of treasure you will be Armored 6".

I was going the opposite direction I think I will ditch a weapon or 2

so for me heavy would be 1,350 to 751?

My PC is finished did you want a background or anything?

if your up for it It like to go with a hawk the slayer vibe and have Dugrule be the last of his clan or perhaps as far as he knows the last dwarf period lol
