Running out of names

   
Voord's suggestion is pretty much spot-on - just look at all the place-names in Game of Thrones, for instance. Also look at synonyms for different terrain types (often suffixes to the name) and use them to provide some regional flavor (eg, a border patrol can easily become "march wardens," a grassy field can become "the XXX-burn," etc.)

Basically, [person/thing] + [terrain/township idiom] == place.

I'd get an actual globe and spin it; that's way more fun

Or don't name that this point. Name them when needed as the world is explored. Don't burn yourself out.
