ORE Star Wolves Rpg

So I decided I want to work on an old project of mine again. A Star Wolves campaign, Star Wolves is a computer based game series that essentially takes Baldurs Gate and combines it with space ships and laser technology. Another thing interesting is that there are no "Real" classes, instead there are specializations, and the various space ships can be interchanged between characters. As such the guy who focused on fast piloting can use the heavy, slow tank that manuevers like a headless duck, doesn't mean he'll get the most out of it.

Since none exist yet, as of my knowledge, I am trying to make one with the ORE system. Unfortunately I am not the most veteran player, which means I am not always sure if something is balanced or not. So here is my request to the MW community, PLEASE HELP ME.

So let's start with something I have figured out by myself and could use some input, Stats and Skills. I decided I go with a 4 Attribute approach.
