Unless the GM asks for something else I generally make it very simple. As long as there's a MW sheet for the game I've never really seen the point of retyping all that crunch (which isn't to say there's anything wrong with that, if that's your thing....) Now for Warhammer, say, I go more complex since I have to build my own sheet as part of the app.

Name: Meriele Nailo
Race: Elf (Wood)
Class: Monk
Alignment: Neutral Good

Description: Meriele stands about 5'6" tall and weighs around 115 pounds with a lean, willowy figure. Her complexion is a flawless coppery-tan and her hair a coppery-red worn in a single, long braid that reaches most of the way down her back (though she tends to wear it draped over one shoulder). Her eyes are a startling emerald green and her features sculpted sharp and fine in the Elvish manner. She wears simple, flowing robes of woodland browns and greens, weathered and travel-stained, but well cared for, and well-traveled boots upon her feet. She carries a staff in one hand and has a longbow and a quiver full of arrows across her back.

Personality: While not yet initiated into the tradition, Meriele was trained in the Elven monastic tradition, focusing on achieving a balance between the order and chaos of nature and the elements. The self-discipline her training entails gives her a serene air that some may find cool, especially those given to more unbridled emotional expressions, but she is not unfeeling, she seeks to master her emotions rather than allowing them to master her. This combined with an unremitting honesty (she lies, or even shades the truth, badly and generally only when lives are on the line) can make her seem blunt and callous at times, though she is caring and compassionate (in her way) and always ready to lend a hand to those in need. Her more chaotic side is expressed in a chronic wanderlust and real thirst for and delight in new sights and new experiences and an unjaded sense of wonder.

Background: Meriele was born and grew up in the northern Neverwinter Woods, the child of musicians who gifted her with a life-long love of music. Always restless, when Meriele completed her apprenticeship and drew near to adulthood, she resolved to travel and see the world, seeking to apply what she had learned and seek out of experiences and other learning before returning to be fully initiated in her monastic order. One of the first towns she came upon, Thundertree (where she was known by her childhood name, "Meri", having not yet taken an adult one), opened its arms to her and became like a second home to her. It's been years since she's been back, not since before Mount Hotenow ravaged the area, but the ruins of Thundertree call to her. Her friends and their families once lived in peace and prosperity there, and now they’re reduced to menial labor. Horrified by rumors that the ruins are haunted by ash zombies, that a dragon has made its lair in the Old Tower, Meriele has resolved to do something to salvage the town she once loved, for her friends and for their descendants.

She met up with the Dwarf Gundren Rockseeker, an old friend from Thundertree, in Neverwinter, looking for information about what currently going on in the town and what can be done to free and restore it. He had business in Phandalin that would not wait but suggested she take a job for him, escorting his wagon to Phandalin. She could make some badly needed coin and they could talk some more, along with some more refugee families he could introduce her to, when they met up at the end of the run.

Works pretty well IMO.

@GrzegorzGD How do you get the spoiler boxes to sit next to each other? Mind adding the coding for it.

She grew up and had various experiences. At some point she inherited a machine which she took to easily, and quickly became important to her sense of self and order. Over the years since then, with the help of her uncle's mechanical expertise, the Ravager has been gradually modified with massively over-sized armour of a grade that would normally be intended for air-craft carriers.

Reaction Power
Whenever you would be defeated you may activate this Power to take an Offensive Action against that Enemy. Your Action takes place at the same theirs does and you are still taken out after your final attack.
Special: This Power is an Alternative to Live Another Day

Mark’s second wave of missiles struck Lan’s Mecha, sending a one-armed headless torso to the ground. But just as Mark thought it was over, a beam fired from the hand still holding the rifle. Mark never saw that shot for his reactor coming.

This is a template from one of my more recent applications (with dummy text) and some other options added in. I spend a lot of time tweaking the layout and the look (I'm a web designer by trade so it's a habit). One thing is to watch your word count with tables. Too few in some boxes make it look too sparse or uneven. Too much and they won't line up.

Basic Information
Race: Half-Elf
Age: 25
Class: Fighter
Alignment: LG
Background: Mercenary Veteran
Grave and thoughtful was her glance, as she looked on the king with cool pity in her eyes. Very fair was her face, and her long hair was like a river of gold. Slender and tall she was in her white robe girt with silver; but strong she seemed and stern as steel, a daughter of kings.
Éowyn is a woman who tends to run with her emotions. She falls madly in love with Aragorn and runs away to fight Sauron with the Rohan army. While she cares for her people, she finds her life as a stewardess of a keep tedious. She is, however, also very brave and very loving. She will fight to the end of her life to protect her home, her people, and her family - even facing down monsters that give great men pause.
BackstoryIn The Two Towers, Éowyn, a daughter of the House of Eorl and the goddaughter of King Théoden of Rohan, is introduced in Meduseld, the king's hall at Edoras. She was the daughter of Théodwyn (Théoden's sister) and Éomund and the sister of Éomer. When she was only seven years old, her father was killed fighting orcs and her mother died of grief. Éowyn and Éomer were raised in her uncle's household as if they were his own children.

Tolkien writes that she longed to win renown in battle—especially since she was royal—but being female, her duties were reckoned to be at Edoras. When Théoden's mind was poisoned by his corrupt adviser Gríma Wormtongue, Éowyn was obliged to care for her uncle, and his deterioration pained her deeply. To make matters worse, she was constantly harassed by Gríma, who lusted after her. However, when the wizard Gandalf arrived, he freed Théoden from Wormtongue's influence.
Narrative SampleThe Lady Éowyn greeted them and was glad of their coming; for no mightier men had she seen than the Dúnedain and the fair sons of Elrond; but on Aragorn most of all her eyes rested. And when they sat at supper with her, they talked together, and she heard of all that had passed since Théoden rode away, concerning which only hasty tidings had yet reached her; and when she heard of the battle in Helm's Deep and the great slaughter of their foes, and of the charge of Théoden and his knights, then her eyes shone.

But at last she said "Lords, you are weary and shall now go to your beds with such ease as can be contrived in haste. But
tomorrow fairer housing shall be found for you."

But Aragorn said "Nay, Lady, be not troubled for us! If we may lie here tonight and break our fast tomorrow, it will be
enough. For I ride on an errand most urgent, and with the first light of morning we must go."

She smiled on him and said "Then it was kindly done, lord, to ride so many miles out of your way to bring tidings to Éowyn, and to speak with her in her exile."

"Indeed no man would count such a journey wasted," said Aragorn; "and yet, Lady, I could not have come hither, if it were not that the road which I must take leads me to Dunharrow."

NPC Name One
Race, Class, Background

These barbarians, different as they might be, are defined by their rage: unbridled, unquenchable, and unthinking fury. For some, their rage springs from a communion with fierce animal spirits. Others draw from a roiling reservoir of anger at a world full of pain. For every barbarian, rage is a power that fuels not just a battle frenzy but also uncanny reflexes, resilience, and feats of strength.

NPC Name Two
Race, Class, Background

Holding his hand high, a half-elf whistles to the hawk that circles high above him, calling the bird back to his side. Whispering instructions in Elvish, he points to the owlbear he’s been tracking and sends the hawk to distract the creature while he readies his bow. Far from the bustle of cities and towns, past the hedges that shelter the most distant farms from the terrors of the wild, amid the dense-packed trees of trackless forests and across wide and empty plains, rangers keep their unending watch.
