Revamp Half-Ogre advice
So recently I've been entertaining the idea of running a campaign on the site. It would take place in a world I am currently developing, and would likely take the PCs into a good medium Lv. However there are a few things I want to change.
See, there's this character I have in mind; a Female Half-Ogre Witch whom the party will meet later. She would be a NE cannibalistic kind of person smoking a pipe with a Genie bound to it as her familiar. Just so I can make her fit a bit better, I have decided that I should change some of the accepted ideas of the Ogre and Half-Ogre to suit my needs and help with my description of her. I just wanted them to be a more cunning enemy.
In a nut shell here's what I was going to do:

In a nut shell here's what I was going to do:
- Instead of the usual for the Half-Ogre Here I want to give them only +2 to Con and Str, and only a -2 to Dex with no mods for Int or Wis
- Make them Desert dwellers with ties to the Djinn and (to a lesser extent) the Rakshasa
- Give them an alternate racial trait bonus to Cha if they forgo their Con mod
- They also wouldn't be the usually accepted ugly version we think of. I wanted them to just be larger, stronger, and more bestial than Humans while keeping a similar (but slightly warped) look.
What do you guys think? Is this fine? Do you have any suggestions?
