The Myth-Weavers GM Rescue Society

Thanks a lot !

First time seeking out this thread, so let me know if there's any posting etiquette I missed before posting here.

To make it short, our DM for https://www.myth-weavers.com/game.php?g=24177 has resigned due to personal issues. The remaining players are still interested in playing, and I've been nominated to take over the position. He didn't pass on the Moderator control for the game before he was last on, and was told I should request Admin assistance to grant me that.

Hi guys, we have DM gone missing and have some awesome players willing to get a new DM, it is a 4th level FR 3.5 game which can be found here (https://www.myth-weavers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=43533). Please ask any questions you need to, we are only too willing to help.

I just wanted to jump on and reiterate what Paladinred said.
A temple to the goddess of Magic Mystra has been quickly built in the city of Wheloon in Cormyr. It was built quickly without the knowledge of many of Mystra's clergy which is a little strange. On top of that some of Mystra's faithful have not exactly been welcomed. There are hints that the builders have paid off the local authorities and they are looking the other way and the inner sanctum has not been welcoming. Our party was hired by a cleric of Mystra to investigate and potentially infiltrate the temple to further explore what is going on and that is where we are at. The investigation has only just begun and so far has left more questions than answers. At this point a new GM could take it in any direction he/she likes.
Paladinred, Sorithar, Rauhric, The Root and Bouken Pink are a dedicated bunch of Forgotten Realms enthusiasts and all of us have a steady background of role playing and character emersion. In my experience that equals a commited group that will stick with a game, hence why we have come to the rescue society. All we are missing is a committed GM to take this game and run with it in whatever direction you see fit. The setting seems open to whatever creative genius the GM comes up with. Are you up to that challenge? We hope so
