Captain and Crew
A new captain finds a crew and they adventure.In the alley, behind the tavern in Calimport was a crowd of about fifteen shifty looking characters. At the center of their huddle are two men, stacks of coins, and a set of dice. The two men square off, staring into each others eyes, the game has been going on for hours, and by the looks of it these two men cleaned everyone out. A shout of glee comes from one of the men, then he reaches in to take all the coins. The other man slams his hand on the pile glaring into his opponents eyes and says Double or nothing.
The winner laughs, and says What do you mean double or nothing! I've won it all.
The loser says I'm Captain Stanstil, owner of the red rose, and I wager her against your gold.
The man who won couldn't walk away after a fair wager had been made, so without saying anything he sat back down. the dice got tossed back and forth, followed by many curses and shouts. Then everything went silent. It was obvious the game was over, some of the crowed dispersed. After most people left Stanstil broke the silence, Well, she's yours, I will take you to her and show you some things, after all if I'm going to win it back from ya I need ya to be keeping care of it.

Three days later, there was a sign posted in the tavern and on the peer reading: New captain looking for 4 crew members for my boat, The Red Rose. If interested come see me on the dock, ship leaves soon. The porting city of Calimport was buzzing with the news of the boat.
