The Playpen
What is this?
"The Playpen" is a place to hang out and play some D&D (3.5e). Bring your characters to Ilphinar (our sandbox metropolis) as we each take turns to put them to the test.
What is expected?
1. Posting at least once per day (and more is better).
2. A basic working knowledge of D&D (3.5e).
3. Decent English and writing skills.
4. A willingness to run short adventures (in Ilphinar or a setting of your choosing).
5. Follow the rules.
How do I make a character?
1. Use a 32-point buy, then add 2 to each ability.
2. HP is full at first level, then roll (no backsies) or take half HP.
3. Allowed books are: PHB, DMG, MM, MIC, "Completes" and "Races of..."
4. Max LA +1 and no buy off.
5. No psionics.
6. Level and GP to be determined per adventure by the DM, but default is level 3 and 2500 GP.
7. Exceptions may be made per adventure by the DM, but may not be compatible with the following adventures.
8. Characters must have a backstory, personality and description and ideally an avatar.
