Only War is a game taking place in the universe of Warhammer 40,000. The inconceivably large and complex Imperium of Man spans the vast majority of the Milky Way galaxy; yet even as such, alien threats and wild areas of discovery abound. One such area is known as the Spinward Front, a warzone covering dozens of star-systems.
Our story takes place upon Skrynne, a jungle-choked Death-world that has been only partially tamed; were it not for vast stores of Prometheum, enough to keep the sub-sector's core worlds furnished for centuries, the Imperial Guard wouldn't even have arrived. A vast fleet of Ork ships, however, has finally prompted the Departmento Munitorium to send in serious reinforcements; but the Warp is a fickle form of travel, and the universe is not fair to even its greatest of heroes, certainly not its least...
