The once grand REPUBLIC, that has stood for over a THOUSAND YEARS, is GONE! And in it's place is the shadow of the DARK SIDE itself, THE GALACTIC EMPIRE. Born overnight in victorious applause, the Empire swept the once might DROID ARMIES from the face of the galaxy as quickly as they did away with the GRAND ARMY OF THE REPUBLIC. Now the galaxy, torn, devastated, and still reeling from a full-scale war, awakens to have found itself under the OPPRESSIVE boots of stormtroopers. Jedi, idealist, the free....such are no more.
Dissidents, former SEPARATISTS and REPUBLIC IDEALIST alike, need to put aside their former conflict if they are to survive in this new galaxy. It's been MERE MONTHS have passed since the CLONE WARS have come to an abrupt end, the JEDI ORDER was DISSOLVED, and DARTH VADER was declared the right hand of a newly proclaimed EMPEROR PALPATINE.
Several agents of SENATOR BAIL ORGANA have run to a remote space station above BRENTAAL, fleeing from the oppression of the Emperor's minions. Known to be a vocal opponent of the Empire, Organa may very well be the last hope of freedom in the galaxy. In the hope of stopping these DISSIDENTS before they can brew trouble, and ignite the flames of open REBELLION, the Empire has alerted it's forces on SEL ZONN STATION....
This is a converted Dawn of Defiance campaign using the Edge of the Empire system (and it's soon-to-be-released counterparts).
