The Isle of Kaol
When Azziman, a merchant ship heading to the new port of Gleamhaven was brutally attacked by Orcish pirates the small group of survivors find themselves stranded in the wilderness of the Island of Kaol. Gleamhaven, a Dwarven/Gnomish mining port set in the side of a large mountain overlooking the sea deals in famous minerals mined from Jor'kil Mountain and happens to be the only settlement the adventurers know of on the island. The extemporized adventure party has to find their way to civilization before they can do much of anything what they do from there...
