Game Description
For intensely very personal and individual reasons, all of you have decided to become permanent residents of the Synergist colony on the planet Synergy. Perhaps you just couldn't take life in Sol after leaving indentured labor, maybe you hailed from a collectivist culture and wanted a stronger connection to better forget the Fall, etc. Whatever the reason, you now live in Synergy.
While their "creepy factor" certainly nagged at you at first -- not the least bit helped by the initial pains of adapting to a mindlink with so many people -- you all never-the-less came to mix in smoothly (more-or-less). On the plus side you do retain your individuality. On the down side, strange disturbances and curiosities have piqued everyone's interest. It is thus that the consensus vote among the collective now finds the lot of you the best choice for investigating these happenings and further exploration--the choice was primarily made simply because you're still used to not being linked, should your connection to the group mind break while exploring.
