Kill La Kill B: The Ultimate Four
It has been several decades since the Honnouji Academy delinquent Ryuko Mato,i and Satsuki Kiryūin had defeated the short lived revocs regime. After the event, the surviving members of Nudist Beach managed to build a new world government, after the Revocs global war left most of former human governments in ashes or utter disarray. Several decades have passed since then, and life fibers had not been seen since. This was until 2065, a meteor cluster impacted each continent on Earth, decimating 2/3rds of the population. Time passed, and in the aftermath of the event, the remnants of civilization discovered that the meteors were completely composed of life fibers.
Life fibers covered the planet, and saturated 80% of all life on earth, turning many creatures into mutants that are hostile to human beings. Many people near the blast zones were subject to extreme mutation into mindless beasts that live to consume human flesh. The planet had been literally transformed by life fibers. Humanity is resilient however, and lives on in the Life Fiber Age.
A decade had passed, and a new age had begun. In the aftermath of the impact, humanity remembered the threat that life fibers pose. Humanity also remembered the power that life fibers commanded. In time, several “Mega Academies” began to dot the globe, collecting students from their respective regions. An arms race to utilize the life fibers, rebuild, and conquer had begun. Several years of chaos had passed, and from that chaos an organization aligned with order had appeared once more.
Neo-Honnouji Academy had been founded because there people among humanity who remembered the true threat the life fibers posed. The weak, downtrodden and innocent flocked to Neo-Honnouji looking for refuge and defense. Unfortunately, the truly mighty had been shaped by a world of chaos. As a result, the benefactors of Honnouji Academy announced a challenge to the world. Without mighty men and women, when life fibers presented a direct threat to the world, they would all be doomed should they remain divided.
And so the grand challenge went out to all schools’ strongest, at the grand stage set within the courtyard of Neo-Honnouji Academy, the four vacant thrones sat waiting for a new Elite Four to take their place as members of Honnouji Academy. You are the elite of your respective school and have the chance at a place of power for your school and yourself, do you have what it takes to claim a throne?[/CENTER]
MECHANICS
This is a high powered MnM 3e game.
Starting PL is 10 with 225 PP. This is an abundance of abilities, however to keep with the spirit of the show. You can't have any powers outside of a device which will be your Three Star Asura uniform, this must have a specific theme which helps define the character. This can be anything whatsoever, so long as it makes sense. For example, the elite four had domains over perception, sound, computing, and masochism. So if your character's theme is a drag racer, he shouldn't be using telekinesis. The only other allowance of powers comes from a second device which will be in the form of a weapon. So these abilities should be purely martial. Nothing involving energy, poison, etc.
CHARACTER MAKEUP
The basic ideas is that you're to create a "Mega Academy" i'm not looking for anything expansive, but you should use at least three paragraphs to describe a Mega Academy, which should a follow the same theme as your character concept. Your character will be the top student at said school, whose top students all have three star Asura Uniforms. Keep in mind that these are characters who grew up in an post apocalyptic world covered in life fiber units, where mutation from life fiber overexposure is a threat. I'm not looking for sociopaths or anything like that, but your characters should have a quality or two that's very not politically correct. Something mundane like being a misanthrope, or as extreme as being a super serial killer psycho. It doesn't have to be negative, more along the lines of just odd enough to be considered a freak in some way. I'll let this ad run till the 25th, and i'll make my choices then.
