Saviour's Grace
No-one knows who she was before she was chosen. Not even the girl herself. All that is known is that she arrived at the shrine to Leva (Goddess of Justice) in the merchant city of Tedo speaking of visions and dreams and prophecy. That night the elderly Shieldmaiden who cared for the lowly shrine dreamed of the Goddess herself. The next morning, the young girl in her care was blind but blessed of such purity and goodness that the Shieldmaiden and her soul-sworn paladin cried in Her presence. They named her Grace.
