You had always heard about runners. Those chill guys who did the jobs that made the vidfeeds the next morning. Running through town, earning their cred by stirring up drek for the pawns. You grew up in the 50's watching after-action's on the trids when you woke up sipping your soykaf like all the other wageslaves, but every once in a while they'd do something really wiz. Those were the mornings where you'd be glued to the feed watching a trog with a panther cannon popping off a T-Bird downtown. Or maybe it would be some pixie street sam trying to geek a wagemage and getting the Star to show up in the process. The point is you always loved them, but you know the rest of the SINners would be giving you static if you so much as said a word.

But now it's your turn. You finally decided to stop working for the corps directly and start picking up runs from Mr. Johnson. So who know's maybe you'll find some real chummers out there who can help you earn your cred working for and against the Yak, policlubs, and anyone else who'll toss you a job. Then again, maybe you'll run into a wizworm and see how much drek can really hit the fan.
