The Game This is a 2nd Edition AD&D Game set in the Spelljammer Campaign Setting. Players will make characters trying to make their way in Ryhospace, which is the name of both the crystal sphere, and the section of space where the Ryhos crystal sphere floats. Ryhospace is a huge sphere in its own right, and is the hub for four other spheres which shares routes through the Phlogiston. All but one that is. Marwythspace is a dead Sphere, in the sense that there is nothing living in the sphere, and is rumoured to be filled with the undead.

Ryhospace can be reached from Krynnspace directly, though it is at some distance. But the ability to travel is only one way. The Flow only allows for travel from Krynnspace to Ryhospace, but the opposite is not true. In order to return to Krynnspace, a longer, more circuitous route must be taken. There are very few known routes away from Ryhospace, and the one known route takes nearly three years to traverse, unless one has the means to replenish air and food without stopping at a port or a planet.

CharactersPlayers will make characters starting with 6000 xp. Multi-class characters split xp between their classes. The characters will know each other, as they have been part of a ship's crew for at least one cruise, about six months time.
