The Awakening
An evil long thought dead has started to reawaken. An old god from the darker times has stirred, causing dark waves. Creatures are acting strangely, and monsters are changing. Far to the north, in a place called The Freeze, horrors are seen shambling along the snowy wastelands. The dead are restless and a sickness is spreading among the living. This word has started to shift, and everyone can feel it. Will it shift for the better in the end, or will it lead to ruins?
This is a 5th level game in a homebrew world. Magic will be... different here, as it is rare, but more powerful.
Most races(LA+2 or lower) will be welcome here but some more monstrous races will find it hard to get friendly treatment and will be viewed with suspicion. It will be mostly sandbox, and your actions can/will have an effect on the world, whether you see it now or not, well my dear adventure, that remains to be seen....
