Do You Wish to Serve or Do You Resist
I will be recruiting to fill several slots for my game. This game will be different than normal. A player of mine requested a Solo game, with a group under him, and went out of his way to get whatever he wanted. As such, he has free reign over much of the rules within for this game. Due to this, character creation may change between when he completes his character, and I actively start this campaign.
Direction of this campaign will shift dependent on his characters choices. This means, if this player has the option to hunt down a young dragon terrorizing shepherds or to wipe out the raiding party of Ogres 10 miles to the west, his decision of what to do for this mission will effect you. How so you might ask? If he chooses the dragon, the Ogres will rampage, destroying several villages until your group is called forth to stop them. You stop them, only to run into this player and his character. The character offers you a choice, a simple on really.
Kneel, and serve. That's all. Nothing more, nothing else. What you earn in your service which isn't specified in his quests handed down, is yours. What free time he grants you, is yours. He's a busy *cough* man, and is out doing things. He lives in the mountains, and you may make knowledge checks upon making your choice. However, he is a powerful *cough* man, and as such, demands answers. It is for those who choose to kneel and serve, to stay alive. Those who refuse, and there are some, are bent to his will in other, less savory ways.
