Those Who Fight Monsters
Winterwood University in Redhaven, Virginia is your typical ivy league women's college. A sprawling campus with venerable gothic architecture, the austere grounds are perfect for its students to learn, live, socialize, and relax. Or so it seems to the uninitiated.
Beneath the surface, evil lurks. Students are whisked away at night to be put at the mercy of fiendish claw and vile fang. Shadowy cultists chant doomsday rituals. Obscure shadow operatives monitor the supernatural, conducting terrible experiments to exploit the monsters for their own ends.
The only thing standing between the student body and oblivion is the Ghost Watchers Club. On paper they're just a group of hobbyists who visit haunted houses and watch scary movies. But unbeknownst to Winterwood's administration and students, they are guardians, wielders of supernatural power, skilled beyond measure, brave, vigilant, capable. They alone can stem the tide of darkness. But how long can even they gaze into the abyss, before they become monsters themselves?
