There is one universal truth, Death. Even Gods can succumb to death. It is the one inevitable facet of all things. Even undead eventually decay into dust.
The Order of the Black Heart is an ancient secret society dedicated to maintaining a certain order in the world. They have remained in the shadows for countless millennia, never interested in ruling the world but keeping on a course they have desired.
The Order recruits from orphanages, the homeless, and generally those undesired by regular society but only as children. They prefer them to be young, under the age of five before they begin to understand the difference between right and wrong. This is the same with you. Plucked from a cruel life and thrust into an even crueler upbringing.
Morales are for those who claim they need them. All else is sacrosanct.
