Know No Fear
This game, Know No Fear, is going to be focussing on the actions of a fairly standard Deathwatch team. At first, we will be going through the adventure Extraction, which is detailed at the end of the core rulebook (so if you've read the adventure, please don't metagame, and be aware that there won't be any surprises for you!) This is partly to help me get used to the system, and to make sure the game is newbie friendly. If, after completing the adventure, everyone is still interested, then I'll look at making further missions.
Extraction is a short adventure based around an elementary objective-based combat mission. It is intended to provide an example of the typical type of "meat and drink" mission that the Deathwatch Space Marines are built for. It gives a reasonably friendly environment in which to learn the game while still providing a challenge, and too many mistakes will lead to death.
I am running this game primarily for my friends noname and Tufa, but a game for only two people doesn't really interest me. As such, I'm opening up for applications! I'm looking for two people to join us on our adventure. As this is a newbie friendly adventure, previous experience with the Deathwatch system is not required, nor is a great deal of familiarity with the setting. All I'll really be looking for are interesting characters and a decent handle on the English language.
