One Piece: A Pirates Life for Me
A game of adventure and drama set in the One Piece universe, using the OVA (Revised) Anime Role-playing Game.
For one reason or another, innocent or guilty, you were captured by the Marines of the World Government. Following the events of Marineford and the announcement of the Worst Generation of Pirates, the Marines have been quick to punish any and all acts of piracy or villainy that they catch wind of. In many cases this had led to the punishment of innocent people and has led to a dim view of the marines in South Blue.
While being transported, in pretty poor conditions, to the location of your trial and likely incarceration or execution, your ship was attacked and some enterprising and opportunistic individuals have jumped into action and begun a grand escape. This is where you start. On your way to the hold you say that the convoy of ships you are held in is four strong and that if you are quick enough and take advantage of the chaos, you might just escape.
But what happens after? You can't go home, they would just lock you up again. And there is a strong chance you will die if you stay here so you can't very well stay... After all... this ship is sinking... Time is running out.
