Game Description

This game will take place in the world of Diablo III. Specifically, you will begin in Tristram, at the same time as the game's beginning - however, expect to have been in town for about a week or so. You and four other adventurers have traveled to Tristram as a waypoint on your travels, but now find yourself locked inside as an undead uprising rains Hell outside the city.

Plot

It all began with a mysterious falling star and the disappearance of Cain, the town's local arcanist and sage. His granddaughter, Leah, has approached your party and now pleads for your assistance. She wants you to find her grandfather, but more than that, she begs you to help end the advent of the risen dead, and investigate the falling star in her grandfather's stead. Offering a large bounty and access to her considerable enchanting skills, as well as Cain's arsenal of magical tools and texts, the job seems - well, perhaps easy is the wrong word - rewarding. Not only that, but you can't leave town until the risen dead are destroyed - hordes of them plague the western road, and the east is from whence you came.

What begins as a rescue mission soon begins to unearth otherworldly activities, however, as elements are drawn into play that shake the foundation of Tristram, and the world itself.

This game is a redux of the other game sharing the same title in the forums. This game will be an amalgamation of gestalt, mythic, and commoner-class players, with you choosing at the time of your creation what path you wish to take. There are benefits to each, but each character will be truly worthy of fighting the hordes of Diablo's armies, undead horrors, and the many mortal creatures who choose to oppose you.
