Maids of the Twin Empires
The history of the Twin Empires is long and convoluted. And also totally unimportant. All that matters is that for centuries, two Kingdoms warred with each other. Eventually, they got tired of fighting and made peace. To cement the peace, and the new alliance, they created a new city, named Rutherglen, around the Central Church of Desrick, the god of peace, cooperation, celebrations, and little tea cakes. This new city became the join capital of what came to be called the Twin Empires.
Each Kingdom in the Twin Empires is ruled by its own royal family, both residing in their own palace, and headed by a King and / or Queen. The individual Kingdoms follow their own laws, with the exception of the citizens of Rutherglen city. To pass any law in Rutherglen, it must be approved by both Kingdoms. This has led to many laws that list off their effects, but then add "except for the City of Rutherglen" at the end.
But really, none of this is important. What is important is that you are a Maid, in service to one of the royal families. Or you were. Now, you have been sent to the hilltop Estate of Bellview, to serve your new Master, the heir to the throne.... if everyone else currently in line for it is killed first.

This is a mostly sandboxy game, using the MaidRPG d6 system. The major goals of the campaign will be decided by the players. If you want to go raise your Mistress to the Queen of her Kingdom, then that's a possibility. If you just want to play a slice of life Maid game, with some weird things because it's Maid, that is also a possibility. I'm open to suggestions, and eager to see how people wish to interact in the world I've... mostly just set up a structure for.
