The Strand
Located between the planes that are tied to Rifts Earth The Strand is a new organization of mercenaries and adventurers seeking to perform missions around the world and across dimensions.
They are gathering new recruits to expand their representation and influence.
The astral plane touches the Earth lightly and expands beyond. Utilizing this The Strand has created their base of operations in a domain on the astral plane with anchors spread across the globe and into the different dimensions that comprise the megaverse.
Missions that are received can vary widely including such things as ensuring a delivery arrives at an outpost space station, turning the tide of a battle fighting alongside Holy Terrors on Wormwood, or rescuing villagers from vampires and oni attacks in Mexico and Japan respectively.
This is a short missions based game set on Rifts Earth and across the Palladium Megaverse. Players are encouraged to create their own missions and create multiple characters to play in others' missions.
Nearly all of Palladium sources are available for player creation and mission location -(Playing up the mix of genres that Rifts and the Palladium Megaverse lends itself)
