The young brown haired women stared into the camera, makeing sure that she kept her composure. She pushed against the small invisible ear bud just to make sure it was in place. Behind her were several police barriers and SWAT trucks with the armored peace officers hustling about. This was the biggest event that had happened in the US since 9/11. The cameraman held up an open hand. 5 seconds till she went on air. The thumb closed, 4 seconds. 3... 2... 1...
"This is Jessica Younger coming to you live at the scene of this tragedy with fox news. As you can see behind me the LAPD has secured the surrounding area keeping the terrorists from escaping, negotiations are going on but the terrorists don't seem to have a certian goal that they're trying to achive."
The voice of the news anchor filled her ear as it was trasmitted into her earbud. "What exactly is going on there Jessica, I've been hearing something about hostages and the FBI trying to get involved."
"Thats right, Daniel. Whats going on at the moment is a well trained and well armed terrorist organization seized the building and is now holding close to 170 people hostage, but their intentions are unclear. They have made no demands or have even tried to communicate with the media or the police. About the FBI, they showed up here 45 minutes ago to take over the hostage situation, but the LAPD doesn't want to give up control. Tensions are high between the two groups..." She stopped talking as new information came in through the ear bud, she touched her fingers to the bud and listened. "We just recieved word that the SWAT team is making their raid to rescue the hostages."[/spoiler]
