The New World

No character sheet is needed yet, though if you would like to make one, more power to you. I would like a name, age, race, class, and gender all at the top. After that, please include spoiler tags for the following: Physical Description, Personality, Background, and Experience in D&D. All players will start at level five with 6,000 gold, spend it however you would like (that is, anything in DMGI or PHBI).

Restrictions are as follows: PHBI classes only please, this is my first online game so I would like to keep it simple. As for races, PHBI and MMI are acceptable, no level adjustments though and keep it close to standard races. For example, you can pick a Grey Elf which has no level adjustment and is similar to a regular Elf.

Finally, do not worry if you see five applications for a Ranger and that is what you want to play. I will pick the three to five applications I like the most, regardless if I end up with five Paladins or four Barbarians. I will try to cater to each character, it may feel cheesy at times and other times it will be more subtle, but I personally hate it when I poor points into Escape Artist (or another skill) that I never get to use. If you decide you want to put points into Profession(Siege Engineer), I will try to involve it in some way or another.

You can use any method defined on page 169 of the Dungeon Master's Guide that follows; this includes a 32 Nonstandard Point Buy, Floating Reroll, and Organic Character (my personal favorite).

For HP: max at first level and then roll after that, taking what you get (add Con modifier every level as usual).
