About The Game: Collaborative storytelling in the superhero genre. A sandbox-style game: I (the GM) will not assign your character to a story; I will help you tell the story of your character, whatever that may be. Both solo and group stories are possible.
About The System: Mutants and Masterminds (Third Edition). M&M is an effects-based system: it tries to be flexible enough to model any character rather than prescribing or constraining concepts by rules. It is not always successful, but I give it an extra push :) . You do not need to be familiar with M&M to play in this game. You don't even need to learn it. It is simply a way to benchmark your characters.
About The Setting: Paranormal events (e.g. spontaneous empowerment of paranormal individuals) started happening about 15 years ago. They are still happening. No one knows why.
About The Players: This is collaborative storytelling, so you must be (1) a good collaborator and (2) a good storyteller. You are not required to be perfect, but preference will be given to players who are.
About The Characters: The characters are superheroes, or at least they are in the process of becoming superheroes. They are not anti-heroes or villains.
About The Application: Submit a detailed concept, in this thread or by PM. Show me why your character (and you) will be a pleasure to GM for. Do not submit M&M statistics. Do not ask about PL.
