Tumult
The human world is in chaos. The great human Empire of Caed has been ripped in two by a devastating civil war. Refugees flee the sinking Northern Empire, eager to escape the merciless spears of the South. Yet the soldiers of the North fight on, encouraged by news of a deadly plague taking hold in southern Caed. Behind the battlefield, religious tension tears families apart. The new Divine Order of the One, preaching peace and compassion, boasts great popularity in both North and South. The elves leave man to his conflict, travelling across the seas to the east. The dwarves and gnomes live below the surface, carving a living out of rich mines, making money off of the warring humans. The cursed-ones, the orcs, still lurk in the wilds - biding their time. Waiting for the opportunity to take revenge.
In this darkness three siblings rise. Driven into the turmoil, these three will make the world tremble before them.
