House Koble is one of the longest lines of the North and once was one of the greatest rivals to the supremacy of the Stark’s power in the region. Thousands of years of history have led this great house from greatness to near bitter ruin. Still a spark of vitality burns and where there were times of madness and revolt and defeat there is an undercurrent of hope a spark for rebirth with the heirs of House Koble. No house has the same traditions and customs and influence beyond the wall like House Koble. No fighters instill the fear and respect as those clad in the legendary bronze armor and shield holding their famed spears baring the Dire Falcon standard. Their small band of elite soldiers continue to be trained under the watchful eye of the heirs of House Koble.

Few houses can boast of being the first of the Kings beyond the Wall before there was even a Wall to watch over. No other house can say that it was their line that established the tradition of spearwives beyond the wall, but the Koble line can. House Koble protected all of Westeros from The Others before there was even a Wall and a Night’s Watch.
