After some deliberation, I've changed the direction of the game from a playtest of homebrew rules to a Warrior, Rogue and Mage campaign. For anyone who had browsed the game forum while I was working on it, you will notice the difference.

Welcome to the our adventure into the western Heartlands, the coast of which is known as the Sword Coast. These lands begin south of fabled Waterdeep and the Savage Frontier, continue up to the northern borders of Amn, and reach east as far as the desert’s edge and Tunland. This perilous region sees some of the heaviest caravan traffic in all the Realms. "

And furthermore, welcome to my Tales of the Sword Coast campaign ad. The game will take place in 1369DR, a year after Kelemvor takes the mantle of God of Death and immediately following the destruction of the Bhaalspawn. We will stick to Time of Troubles canon, but anything beyond the ascendance of Kelemvor is totally free to change. Due to the open creation of WR&M, my only stipulation is to try to emulate a class(or multi-class) of the setting and keep abilities in line with those classes.

Applications are simple and fleshing out your stat block is unnecessary at this time. I would like backgrounds to be a few paragraphs or less. You may write more if you choose and I am an advocate of players writing each other into their backgrounds to make things more personal and increase starting camaraderie, but the extra isn't needed until characters are chosen.
