Game Description

You wake up, dazed and confused.

"Where... am I?"

You look around haphazardly, but all you see are spears, spears, everywhere...

Enormously tall spears all around, stretching almost two or three times higher than you. It was like being in a bamboo forest, actually, except instead of bamboo it's pointy implements of death.

How the hell did you get here!? You were pretty sure you laid down on your nice, comfy, bed in a house before you came here. But now you're not. It's like you just stepped into a fantasy novel, for pete's sake! (or a mystery novel, but that's not nearly as exciting)

You hear a groan behind you, and you spin around to see... bunch of other people, asleep or unconscious, behind you.

Huh.

~*~

So yeah, it's your archetypal "trapped in another world" story, where you and a whole host of other schmucks get sucked into another world where you have to find out how to get home(and possibly do hero-ey things while you're at it).

For character creation, you can have it as detailed or as vague as possible, as long as you tell me Name, Age, Nationality, Skills/Backround and General Personality at the very least. Writing backstories is optional, but appreciated. There are no limits otherwise. For example, you can make any character from an alcoholic washed-out kid star to a nine-year old Lebanese schoolgirl to a supercentenarian Tibetan monk living in a cave in the Himalayas to a crazy old lady wearing a top hat, who thinks her pet hamster is God. You can even play multiple characters as long as they're related(siblings, couple, best buds). So long as they don't involve any supernatural elements(from this world, remember?), I can approve of it.

The system is, as you can see, pretty freeform. Once everyone gets a post, I post to say what happens. Rinse, repeat.

I'm pretty lenient on posting times as well. I'll give everyone a week to post once(per character, if you're playing multiple characters), then I go and post what happens as a result(I'll post earlier if everyone posts earlier). If anyone doesn't post within this timespan, I have every right to take control of that character or ask another player to take control for just that moment, to keep the plot moving. If you wish for any exceptions to my rules, like another post, post edit or more time to think, inform me. I'm a pretty chill guy, I'll permit aything that has good reason.

As for the world, well, I'll show it to you as we go along, but I'll assure you, it'll be fantastic.

By the way, this is my first stint as GM, so please do give constructive criticism if you have to.

I hope we all have fun together!
