Game Description

New NY is one of three mega cities in the world. It is being beset by mysterious forces that are involved in random acts of violence. Graffiti with the #RAV is spotted at the scene of many crimes.
You are apart of a elite group individuals that are tasked to deal with organizations that go to far. You are all Specters. You are feared and hated among the criminal underworld.

The game is influenced by Ghost in the Shell/Appleseed. Although it is influenced by these two shows I am willing to entertain PC's with magical elements as well.

This game will use the BESM 2nd edition
