This will be taking place post Tarmon Gai'don. I will be taking some creative liberties with the storyline, so don't get too upset with it, hehe.
I'm looking for 1-3 players. All will be grandchildren of one of the main "couples" from the series. What couple you choose and what character concept you have will influence what "heirloom" I will give to each of you/you choose at the start. The heirloom will be one of the following things: one of the angreal, ter'angreal or Talent that one of the characters have. Callandor is off limits, heh. Incorporate whatever talent or angreal you'd like into your submission. The Talent will not count against your number of Feats that you get for your class/level. That's right, it's a freebie. I know many (all?) of the Talents require you to have the Latent version first. Don't worry about it. It will be part of the freebie.
You can choose from:
Rand and Elayne, Rand and Min, Rand and Aviendha.
Egwene and Gawyn.
Nynaeve and Lan.
Matt and Tuon.
Perrin and Faile.
Birgitte and Olver (I'm working under the assumption that Olver is Gaidal Cain. Who cares if there's like a 15 year difference between the two? Hehe).
Loial and Erith.
These are the only couples I can think of that have some kind of heirloom that can be passed from generation to generation. If you can come up with another couple that can have some kind of heirloom, and make a convincing enough backstory for it, feel free to apply with such.
Quick note on the Trakand kids. Elayne and Egwene had twins, who also give birth to twins. You can work as a duo and be one set, or you can choose to be just one of the twins. I won't allow one person to play both kids. If you want to work with someone else and do a joint storyline, that's fine. You can apply as one joint application. I won't need one from each of you.
You will all be somewhere in your mid 20's. Starting level will be somewhere between 6 and 8 (I haven't decided which yet). As Rand cleaned the taint off of Saidin in the books (I forget which one exactly), Saidin will be clean in this game.
Notes on the people:
Rand is dead. Elayne still rules in Andor. She has passed on rulership of Cairhien to her daughter, ShaielTam. Aviendha is a Wise One on par with the likes of Amys and Sorilea. Min has passed on. Egwene is still Amyrlin. Gawyn was her Warder/husband. He has since died. Egwene hasn't remarried or taken another Warder. Nynaeve is alive. Lan has since died. Perrin and Faile are both very old. Birgitte is dead and Olver is somewhat old. Matt is still alive (just cantankerous and extremely old). Tuon is dead.
