Terra Ocultus
"The Second Great war got a bit... out of hand. For a hundred years our ancestors fought and scorched the land, with metal death and liquid fire they transformed it into our home now. The most powerful of their weapons, even more powerful than the demon bomb, was their people. After years of war the blade of the people, their very will, was worn and broken.
These people, ninety years ago, cried out against the remnants of their masters, "Peace! Peace! An end to Oppression!". They're masters denied them, told them "Fight! Win! Kill!" and so the last true war began.
The people Denied their masters, as they had been denied, and rose up. They took massive stores of the Demon Bombs, and dropped them all over the world, destroying the Forces of the Governments. In the years since, much of the earth has become uninhabitable. Great weapons of war and science have been unleashed and run unchecked, and something in the world has torn.
every day more land is explored, more creatures and people's discovered. No Government larger than a city has been found, and none shall. The people, humanity, have realized the errors of their forefathers and we now know the way to perfect civilization."
The preacher cries out to the gathered crowd. A young man of twenty eight calls back "And I am a dragon."
