Robin switches on the big communication screen. "Robin calling all Titans." Once most of the Titans have connected he clears his throat and continues "Titans, this morning we got a message from the Justice League. Over the next few months, the Justice Leage is planning to leave protection of the entire planet in our hands while they focus on their personal archenemies and global threats like alien invasions and incoming asteroids. The message from them is clear: it time for us, the next generation of superheroes, to step up and take our place in the world. Starting this week, all alerts of the Justice League system are going to be passed down to the Titans network. To improve our response times I'm announcing the formation of Titans Europe. The Titan tower is in the Austrian Alps. I'm sending the coordinates to your communicators now. I'm sending Raven there to meet all volunteers interested in becoming Titans Europe. Robin, out."
