Setting: Fictional Modern (starts in a city called Ralen)
Player Count: maximum of six, always recruiting (because IRL can and will steal players)
You are not special. Well, you are special in your own way. But amongst the backdrop of human society, you are invisible. AKA, not special. You have a life here in the city of Ralen and you live it to the best of your abilities. But you do occasionally dream of something more. It's never something specific, but you do imagine being more than you are now. But it is just a vague daydream and nothing more.

This day was like any other. You woke-up, went to work/school/live-your-life, then came home. One thing was slightly different, you were much more exhausted than you normally would be.
As you prepare to make yourself something to eat, you hear your television turn on. Confused as to what is happening, you walk to the television. As it comes into view, you see news reports of destruction and chaos in your city. You look out your window and see nothing out of the ordinary. You look back at the TV and see pure mayhem as people are running in terror from some unseen assailant. The screen then goes blank. Then a window pops-up on the screen.
After making your decision, a blinding light emanates from the screen, forcing you to cover your face. When you open yours eyes, you are greeted by the sight of the most badass jacket you have ever seen...
