gh games and games that seem to keep stalling out rapidly or vanishing GM's that don't even make it to the ad finished date are frustrating. MW feels like its been slowing down a lot since the conversion and most of the games are 5th edition DnD.
The world is one that I've written material for since the 80's. So there's a lot there. Most of it is in hard copy form with little of it converted to digital so it will obviously make its way here slowly.
You're all part of a small trading and passenger fleet on its way to Corusca, a major port city located on the southern tip of Ardon. There is one small port, little more than an oversized fishing village with a built out harbor, Jorman's Bay, which with the current weather conditions, should be reached in two days and then another full day's travel to reach the end destination; Ardon.
The adventure begins on one of a half dozen ships on its way to the largest port city in the southern hemisphere of Arcterra. Corusca is a large, sprawling city on the northern coastal region of the nation of Ardon. Ardon is a tropical nation located almost directly on the equator of Arcterra, being the largest country on the north-west region of Southern Panora.
The fleet itself consists of a pair of cogs, flat keeled high sided ships being used mostly for cargo and military trained crew, a pair of carraks, high sided ships more suited to passengers but still capable cargo ships, and a pair of caravels as well. One carrak is much larger, just over 54 meters long, while the second one is only 32 meters long. The caravels are used as outlier ships and are more lightly crewed, have fishing crews, and don't typically carry passengers. They're quicker and more maneuverable than the other vessels.
You could be a member of the crew, a passenger, or even a stowaway or prisoner if you want.
