Law and Order: Rokugan follows a team of Emerald Magistrates on their investigations into threats to the Empire, balancing justice with the demands of rigid and formal Rokugani society.
This game is set in the era just prior to the Scorpion Clan coup. It will make use of the organized play scenarios from L5R 4e, at least initially.
