Masks: The Spiderweb
Arcadia City didn’t used to have superheroes.
It had vigilantes, masks, rumours, and people who tried to do the right thing after dark. Then AMP hit the streets. Most people take it to party. Most people feel nothing more than a rush.
But sometimes...sometimes something sticks.
People start flying. Fire appears where it shouldn’t. Walls stop being walls. The city is still standing, but the rules are changing faster than anyone can explain.
Adults argue about drugs, crime, and control. Media turns panic into clicks. Someone, somewhere, is quietly making sure the city keeps running, no matter who gets hurt.
And you?
You’re not sanctioned. You’re not owned. You didn’t wait for permission.
You have powers - or you stand beside people who do - and you’re choosing to help anyway.
Arcadia is tangled in secrets, favours, and lies. Pull one thread and ten others tighten.
The question isn’t whether you can save the city.
It’s who you’ll be when the web pulls back.
