Pantheon - Invincible rpg (Idunn)
See on Idunn.
The dust in Detroit hasn't settled, and the global panic is deafening. With Omni-Man revealed as an alien conqueror, Invincible recovering from its wounds and the original Guardians of the Globe slaughtered, Earth is suffering from a massive power vacuum. Supervillain cartels are carving up territory, rival nations are hoarding alien tech, and the threat of the Viltrumite Empire looms in the stars.
The Global Defense Agency (GDA) has realized that putting all their faith in one "Superman" was a fatal mistake. Director Cecil Stedman has fast-tracked The Pantheon: a highly sanctioned, heavily funded, globally deployed strike force. You aren't here to stop muggers or pose for action figures. You are the sledgehammer Earth throws at Omega-level threats.
Campaign Pillars:
Global Jurisdiction: Operating from a state-of-the-art base, your missions will span the globe (and potentially beyond). From repelling Flaxan portal invasions in Tokyo to hunting down rogue meta-human arms dealers in the Mariana Trench.
-
High Stakes & Brutality: This campaign stays true to the Invincible universe. Combat is visceral, lethality is a real threat, and your choices will result in collateral damage or saved cities.
-
Blank Check Authority: You have GDA black cards, unrestricted airspace access, and Cecil Stedman running overwatch. But with big resources comes oversight and the burden of a terrified public watching your every move.

Create a character in the applications section, follow the instructions from the book or ask for assistance and will help you bring your concept to life. You can be from anywhere around the world or beyond (granted the GDA is a little suspicious of aliens and other extradimensional travelers due to the Omni-Man situation).
