Questcraft is a Basic Roleplaying Game Universal Game Engine Fantasy game.

The Known World is a realm of pulp fantasy and adventures and an old world. There are 5 major continents.

The names of the continents are:

The heartland continents are Guastis and Jhomnon, they are connected.

Guastis is the broken crown of the West, used to be a massive human empire but collapsed centuries ago and now is in constant squabble with dozens of successors kingdoms. The Hundred baronies is a land of petty wars and dueling noble houses. The priesthood of Light has a strong influence in this continent.

Racial Strongholds:

  • Dwarves (Flamelock, Hardhand, Flintnail)

  • Halflings

  • Wood Elves & High Elves

  • Humans (majority)

Jhomnon is the Mythic East, this continent is older than Guastis and filled with mythic sites such as sunken pyramids, floating stone monoliths, and sorcerer-king ruins. City-states are the norm there, surviving on trade and cunning diplomacy.

Racial Strongholds:

  • Dragonkin in the Red Expanse

  • Orcs & Goblins in the Red Expanse

  • Snow Elves, Dark Elves, Elder Elves

  • Gnomes

  • Ducks (mixed communities)

  • Humans (coastal)


3 continents are far away by the seas to the West, North and East in order, and they are: Lua-Pai, Nyang Yatan and Yal Anka.


LUA-PAI, The Isle of Ten Thousand Mists (Far West)

Lua-Pai is a chain of massive islands ruled by the Mist Courts, semi-divine families descended from fae spirits and volcanic giants. Sorcery from Shadow is outlawed, but spirit-binding and Balance elemental magic thrive.

NYANG YATAN, The Jade-Tower Empire (Far North)

Nyang Yatan is the most militarily advanced region, rich, structured, expansionist, and deeply magical. Their Jade-Tower Magistrates employ dragons, storm spirits, and runic engineers.

YAL ANKA, The Dawn-Sand Dominion (Far East)

Yal Anka is vast with sand seas, canyon kingdoms, and the massive sungate capitals. Light and Shadow clash here in open theological warfare.
